FAQ

  • We use a chemical soft wash system, the pressure from the pressure washer is much lower not harming the siding. The chemical is a 2-4% sodium hypochlorite and small amount of dish soap. We make sure to take all the precautions to not causing any harm to the environment by watering down all organics in the are before, during, and after the job.

  • CVC uses commercial grade equipment which includes deionizing water filter, water fed poles (gets high windows) squeegees, other basic cleaning chemicals. We clean all of the frames sills and tracks around the entire window. Also we take care of all the screens using the best available automatic screen cleaners.

  • CVC has been doing these processes for over 2 years and 150+ satisfied customers. We are a registered business in Kane County and Insured. As being “newer” to the business we value every customers input and strive to deliver the best results

  • We started with a bucket and squeegees, by getting a few jobs we were able to take the money from the jobs and reinvest it back in the business, we soon started pressure washing and have been in business for the past 2+ years reaching 150+ clients and 4000$+ in equiptment!

  • The CVC students program is a soon to come “franchising” system. Students are able to learn our processes and use our equipment to complete their own jobs. This program is partial funded and help on by the STCE INCubator class, which all the students at East are involved in
